Overlay your recorded routes on a heatmap. Filter by date or sport, and view the countries visited by your GPS activities.
Define metrics with formulas, track activity streaks, and create charts. Calculate average speed from distance and duration, for example.

Explore the full historyYes. Trajectory is free and open source under the MIT license. There are no subscriptions or premium tiers. You can use it, inspect the code, and contribute on GitHub.
Export your activities as .tcx or .fit files from your fitness device or service, save them in a folder, and select that folder in Trajectory. The app reads the files locally. It doesn't connect directly to your fitness accounts.

Your activity files, parsed data, and analytics stay on your device. There is no cloud backend or telemetry service. Map views fetch map tiles from external providers, so displaying maps requires an internet connection.
Current builds are not yet production-signed, so macOS or Windows may show a warning. Download only from the official GitHub release and follow the project's installation instructions.
On macOS, move the app to Applications first. If it reports that Trajectory is damaged or corrupted, the README documents this command:
sudo xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine
/Applications/Trajectory.app
You can also consult Apple's instructions for opening an app from an unknown developer. On Linux, mark the AppImage as executable, or use the .deb package.
